Bring Balance.

Art has always been an important tool throughout my life. At any moment I could and can be found writing or drumming. I began painting, first with oil paints, in the late 1990's.

When I changed my nutrition and health care choices due to a life altering diagnosis I also changed my relationship with art. I became much more aware of and resistant to the use of unnecessary chemicals and toxins. In 2021 I began to utilize only graphite pencils and non-toxic paints, such as watercolors.

I'm still drumming, still writing, and expressing myself through all sorts of forms of art. I believe it's through our expressions that we can inspire and awaken the desire to bring constructive growth and healing to ourselves and others.
